Gently remove with cotton buds.
11. Apply Neutralising Lotion with your chosen brow tint colour apply a tiny drop of peroxide into a dapping dish and mix all ingredients together. With an angled brow brush apply the way the hair is set. Do not pull the solution in any other way.
12. Remove all with cry cotton pads. Or for ombre effect remove front part of brows first. 5-7 minutes
