Before you start treatment, you must –
Check all jewellery removed
Ask client to remove top as you will need access to chest and neck
Check no allergies to all ingredients if listed on consultation
Check the hot towels before use on wrist
Make sure if steamer is used head down first making sure it steams before placing on client

The Basic Steps of a Facial
Cleansing.
Start by wrapping the hair with a towel or headband or disposable hat to keep product off it.
The first step is thorough cleansing, using cotton pads or sponges, most professional facials do a double cleanse. Please see hand out for cleaning routine.
