Step 1 - Preparing The Foot
Preparation
Place booth feet in a foot spa containing warm soapy water or a foot soak. And leave soaking for 5 minuets.
Remove one foot and pat dry with a clean soft towel.
Apply a cuticle remover to the cuticles and the surrounding nail wall and gently rub in.

Step 2 - Exfoliation & Massage
The exfoliating treatment should be carried out before the massage.
You will need a table spoon-sized amount, Remember if using a tub, use a spatula to remove the product for hygiene reasons.

Ensure the feet are clean and dry.
Place nail varnish remover onto a cotton pad and wipe over each nail. Repeat again with clean cotton wool. The toenails are now free from grease and debris and are ready for polish.
